Damage/shortage claims must be made

Returns received without our RA number on the outside of the box will NOT be processed.

Our freight charges within the 48 states are as follows:
Any order under $100, the shipping charge is $7.65.
Orders over $100, the shipping is 7.25% of the order total.
Air freight will be calculated at the time of checkout.
We generally ship via FedEx or USPS. We can also ship using your UPS, or FedEx number if you so desire. Please provide this number (including the address where the account is billed) in the comment box.
AK, HI, VI, PR are shipped via USPS. You will be charged actual USPS rates. Shipping is available via FedEx/UPS, but will be much higher than USPS.
We can ship via USPS to all other American Territories with a zip code, including, FPO, APO, Saipan, Guam, embassies and more. Customs documents will be included. You may be responsible for duties and fees. |
